1976.cloud provides digital marketing, growth strategy, performance marketing, and experience design services on a project or fractional engagement basis.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual engagement agreements, which supplement these terms.
Fractional engagements start at $12,000 per month. Project-based work is scoped and quoted individually. Invoices are due per the terms stated in your agreement.
Either party may terminate an engagement with notice as defined in the applicable agreement.
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your engagement are transferred to you, excluding pre-existing tools, frameworks, and third-party materials.
We retain the right to reference completed work for portfolio and case study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it solely for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation survives termination.
Services are provided on a best-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1976.cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or revenue.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable engagement in the preceding six months.
